That's a different story, really. That's just lots of practice to get your fingers moving quickly.

Just like WoW! You do a lot of quests so you can get more done quickly.

I partially agree. Anyone can be good at a game, not everyone can be great though. An RTS is a good example of this. You can get good at the game by learning some basic strategies and how to use the various units effectively. However, a great player will be inventive and creative. They won't rely on a few strategies, they will adapt to the situation and use the enemies weaknesses against them. This requires decisive thinking, not just time.
