Alliance have ugly stuff character models excluding the Worgen, They are the bad guys "KILL THE ORCS BECAUSE THEY ARE SLIGHTLY DEMONIC AND GREEN!"

And servers matter because of where they are hosted, playerbase and horde to alliance ratio
