world of warcraft is just grinding arena to get the best gear and its realy unbalanced
i quit to try warhammer

Not anymore. New patch took out the realmlist.wtf. But before you know it there'll be away around it.

Also, enjoy your ban.
Where's the forget?  It should be WTD, Where's the data?  Like a WAD, Where's all the data?

... You don't have to play in the arena to get good gear. Jesus Christ.

Eh, whats with all the hatin' on WoW

That's what I was thinking too.

Yeah, I laughed hard at it when I was like 13.

Just don't patch to get around this, I use 2.3.2, and such 'private servers' are still accessable.

Yeah, but people who play retail or are intrested in what the patch offers may have patched without thinking.

This is why I have two WoW folders and change the patchlist entry in realmlist.wtf

Yeah, I do that too, but for a different reason. Most people don't think before they do, and see a patch start and run off and do something else, before even thinking of copying and pasting a new folder.

I have my own server, patched to 3.0.2 and it works fine. (To sad it's only for lan gaming :D)

Carbonite quest, it's a gud one, and it works with the patch.

Looks like I probably won't be playing anymore.

A couple of months ago, I had an issue with my account. It suddenly crashed, and when I restarted WoW, It wouldn't accept the password I had set. I later called Blizzard asking what might have happened to it. They said the password had been changed (hacker) and with my permission, they closed the account to prevent any damage.

Later, I tried to get it back MULTIPLE times. I had the password changed, but I still had to get the account admins to re-activate it. I sent multiple e-mails, but they always found some way to say "we can't accept this because (insert reason here)". After asking them what to do on the phone, the account admins informed me that it had to be resolved by fax. (Why they didn't tell me this before, I don't know). I wrote an e-mail listing the information needed to reactivate the account, and forwarded it to my dad at work to be faxed. I later got an email saying "we didn't get a formal retrieval form". (Again, WHY THE HELL WASN'T I INFORMED ABOUT THIS???).

I look on their site for the form, and I find it. I print it out (along with a rather large notarization form). I included my school I.D. and gave it to my dad to fax.

A day later I got an e-mail informing me that "we no longer accept school I.D's". (WHAT THE HELL.)

I then give my dad a copy of my birth certificate (yesterday). He faxes it, and I get an e-mail today saying that "the form wasn't filled out entirely by the Notary Public. (A woman at my dad's workplace who was certified to sign the form and stamp it).

Naturally, my dad and I are outraged. He's now in the middle of composing a letter stating how outraged we are, and explain the numerous attempts made to retrieve the account. If we don't get my account back, I'm not making any more effort to play, and they lose our money.

I sure hope it works.

TL;DR: Blizzard won't give my God damned account back to me.

Start over then. Seriously, the game is so easy someone could possibly get to 70 in a week of playing maybe 4 hours a day. :| Lemme recruit you. :D
