Impossible, Camera Shy is all cameras in-game.  Also, you don't have it.  You got a fraction of it, it notifies you sometimes then.

if you really wanted to get those you just jump up on to them, or you shoot a portal above them and fall onto it, or get an object nearby and throw it at it.

i only got cupcake because i dont feel like waiting for my ancient computer to load portal...
