back to me getting gmod10, if i get it for portal, then...wil i still get all those guns form HL? cause i want like guns...and stuff..also if i want to get a SWEP or enw map or sumtin how do i download it and put it in game?

Maps go into the maps folder while the sweps and usually go into the add-ons or something.
Usually you just extract to your main Gmod folder and it's all done.

Yes, yo will get the HL2 guns and props if you get it with Portal.

An ASHPD is the Portal Gun, all of the ones that are out right now lag like hell and don't work right.
