So, my little brother loves to play this game called Empire Earth I. While I played Blockland LAN, he had this idea: "Let's pretend we are playing Empire Earth! :D" Im like, okay.... So he starts making this patch of food, gold, trees, stone, and iron. Then, boom!! I had an idea for Blockland. Since there is that addon called trench mod or something like that, you can pick up dirt and you can hold a certain amount.

So, I'm just suggesting if anyone can make an addon/mod/minigame that allows you to pick up food, gold, etc. As you harvest or mine a resource there will be a gui that you can open up to see how much resources you have. You will have 2 or more teams. The more Food you have, the more people you can have on your team. [So if a person connects to the server, the team with the most food, the person that just spawned will go to that team, but an X amount of food will be taken away. But if a person leaves a certain amount of food will come back to prevent cheaters.] Then that person can help harvest or mine resources so your city/team will grow. The more gold and stone you have the more houses and turrets you can have. the more iron, the more people you can use as an army to attack the other teams/team for their resources and win the game. Depending on how the civilian mines or harvests a resource, it determines its job. So if you mostly mine iron and earn up to a certain amount, you will be hired to be a part of the army, etc. So, it is almost like an RPG at the same time and there will be no leader. Since there will be no leader, there will be a gui that you can request depending on how much resources it costs.. once you request it the people on your team will vote. If most of the people on your team vote yes, than you will get the certain weapon, tool, upgrade, etc. for your whole team. It will be a bit different from the actual game but same concept.
There is still more to this so if you need more details just post. I hope this idea is not to hard to make and complicated its okay if no one thinks this is a great idea.
