Here's my summary about the stuff I care about:
Nintendo is in their own little zone.
Microsoft is hogging everything and being unoriginal
Sony is falling behind, showing little promise.

Erm...no.

I was actually referring to the mind numbingly dull TV show that X-play has become. AotS is so much better.

Yeah, X-play has gone to stuff, but i don't think AoTS is near as good as it once was.

BUT! AotS has "Gadget Pron"! Look! they even misspelled it on purpose meaning they are cool like me! and they too use arbitrary numerical values to rate products which inevitably end up in the range of 80-95%. And they even ~~plunder~~ show youtube videos!

Even more awesome is that 18 hours a day I can watch Banzuke, Cops, Ninja Warrior or Cheaters. If I am lucky, I might actually see a program remotely related to gaming.

I'd rather watch a 10 hour marathon of "Deadliest Catch" on the discovery channel rather than see Cops one more time.

Deadliest Catch is a great show, and so is Cops.

Besides, E3 '08 isn't as bad as you say. I watched day 2, and I was excited for plenty of those games.

I'm not even going to watch this year. I'll just go too g4's website and find anything that interests me. But honestly, g4 has gone to stuff. I want more gaming shows. They need to get rid of the loving japanese gameshows, cops, and cheaters.

They need to bring back the old filter, Make X-Play an hour long, and make cheat a proper show again.

They should go back to tech-tv, when g4 first started coming in is when it started going down hill.

If they aren't catching crabs, they are doing behind the scenes or talking about catching crabs. Mike Rowe should stick to Dirty Jobs. And I really don't care to see a bunch of cops beating down criminals. I don't give a stuff about cheaters. Ninja Warior and Unbeatable Banzuke got old fast.
Pie wants more Braniac, XPlay, Cheat, and happy tree friends.

The only really good show G4 ever had was Portal.
