That would be a matter of opinion Illidian.

IMO, the PS3 lineup of exclusives is too short and too dull to justify the cost of the system. Also, dev's prefer the 360 because it is much easier to develope for it because it uses the XNA architecture (is that the correct terminology?) which also works on PC's. PS3 is a whole new ball game.

PS3 might be a home theatre system and perhaps the ultimate folding powerhouse but it is still behind the 360 when it comes to gaming selection and variety.

I have had my Xbox (fully functional) for 7 months now. It really is luck of the draw. The issue was pretty much resolved though with the new efficient chip they have used in the new Xboxs.

As with the Playstation? Lack of compelling exclusive games really. Sorry buddy but Killzone 2, Resistance fall of Man nor even MGS4 is enough to justify the cost of the Playstation.

Get the pole out of your ass, and look up towards the end of the year.

We get LittleBigPlanet, 'nuff said. Metal Gear Solid 4 has some of the best online experiences ever, Resistance was brilliant game. I'm not too excited about Killzone 2, considering I never played Killzone.

Here's my summary. Yet again;
Nintendo is in their own little zone.
Microsoft is hogging and copying everything.
Sony is falling behind and isn't showing much promise.

QFT. nintendo has personal space bubble. alot of intentionally good games are coming out for ps3 tho. hope they turn out to be good.

Oh you mean that gimmick called second life Home? Sounds about as useless as the miis. Mind you, I can't blame Nintendo for the miis...they wouldn't know online play if it hit them in the face.

Really though, we have seen how people behave with just simple voicechat options (It's not pretty) so why should we trust people with pointless avatars and virtual 3D chatrooms? Seems like a real waste of bandwidth to me. If I wanted to experience Home right now I would just play dress-up dolls sim (AKA The Sims) or pay a visit down to IKEA. Might cost a bit more, but the experience would be more genuine.

I have no clue why Microsoft decided the 360 needed miis avatars. Certainly one of their more pointless decisions.

One of the biggest touted features of Home is the fact that you can own and customize your own place in their little world. This was of course illustrated by showing a sofa and chair being manipulated within the place. Just another pointless feature in what should be a simple gaming hub.
