Here:

Right click on My Computer, and select Properties.  The computer specs are under the General tab.

you open the side panel off.
And once inside, yank on a handful of cords. or bend a few transistors aside to see better.

look for labels

i mean through Run, how do i check?

@ Illidian - that site you used to "rate" your computer with Crysis isn't entirely accurate. All it does is take the recommended requirements from the games developers. It doesn't accurately represent actual ingame performance.

My computer fills the bar for Crysis but it doesn't mean I can play the game at unholy resolutions with everything maxed.
