Yes like, if the built was 4,732 bricks. Its would say "4,732=3,532". Or something like that to tell you before De- Spam Wand and after using the De-Spam Wand.

It's possible... I think so, anyways... but the de-spamming calculations would probably cause lag beyond belief.

Instead of turning an entire build into one brick it could turn bricks that could be less bricks into less, but what would happen when you did cross bricks?

Dynamic creation of models is not possible, therefore turning an entire build into a single brick will not happen.

Replacing a build made out of 1x1's with bigger bricks is theoretically possible, but hard as forget to script a version good enough to releaseuse. I highly doubt anyone will even attempt it.

Why don't you just build it non-laggy?

Yeah, this. Even if you did... the fillcan tends to lag with some bigger builds, and it's only changing the color!

You mean, its checking every brick attached to the hit brick and surrounding thats the same colour and then changing the colour

Yeah, that's where the lag comes from. Now, with this wand, you don't have to change the COLOR, but the script has to figure out the most efficient way of piecing together the bricks.

It IS possible, but I highly doubt anyone on BL will ever do this.
