The time on the watch tails shown is 9:37.  Red is the hour and goes by increments of 1. Green is Minutes and goes by increments of 15. Yellow is Minutes and goes by increments of 1. So there are 9 red(9 'o clock) There are 2 green (9:30) and 7 yellow (9:37)
