Author Topic: The Huge loving Maze  (Read 4706 times)

I built in sometime a maze of 128x128 size (removed)

There's the maze(); function that automatically places bricks in a grid, spaced by 6 bricks across. Using this with 1x1x5's and 1x1x6's (twice, rotated each way) gives you a generic grid full of bricks. Get the wand out and cut paths through the 1x1x6's.

I made an extremely generic three floor maze through this, it looks almost the same as the one posted here except smaller (colours taken from Badspot's maze screenshot in both) so I won't post a screenshot.

Also, in relation to the title:

1. Nice comic
2. It is not screwing around because there is no other maze to do it with.
3. You tell me this AFTER I make my maze template?

Because I made a maze on Nit's server and Lord Pie got interested, but he left to soon. I'm posting a few things on maze generation and solving here for anyone who wants to know.

It is not your idea to steal. Also I had to use a macro and duplicator on mine to make it sence it is going to dwarf my old one here.

Wow id like to try that maze.

i dislike mazes cause i waste time trying to get to the end unless its a small maze, plus, building one is unoriginal.

After reading the first to topics, I had considered making my own maze generator on my java compiler but I had no idea how to proceed.  I asked laremere who had previously mentioned having writen one on his calculator.

Also, there are portals in the maze.
