It isn't that bad, you just need to make sure the parts are proportionate, and in the right places.

The moustache, mouth, and chin look slanted a bit. Plus, I can tell that the eyes aren't aligned with each other.

You know, these 2 faces look good 'n' blocko, so I saved you a cookie.
Only problem is that they aren't symmetrical, and don't they look like moustaches, not beards?
Also, these are packaged wrong ya know, unless you just grab them and make your own .zip and name it to whatever you want, which could be stealing.
