You have to find an atmostphere gen, that can be brought off other races. Also after you have done that you need to quickly place down trees and animals to maintain it's atmostphere.

The generator's part of the mission. I can go back and ask for a new one on my home planet for $1000. I put it down, but that little interface showing the T-level doesn't move more than a centimeter. Even then, it won't let me place plants.

Look on other planets for it :D you can always get cheaper

Same with spice, i found a planet giving 20,000 for 1 spice :D

I sold like 40 pink spice for 40k each. =P Its so easy to take over other planets once you have the bomb weapon.

I played all day long each day, started 2 days ago to today.

Got to the space stage, but I accidentally made the <Center of the universe species(hates everyone> mad, and they are like the most powerful enemies in the game(they're the only people you are forced to kill to "beat the game"). So they started attacking my planets like crazy, every 5 minutes or so.
I then started using cheats to get $100 million(well $1 less than that) to buy tools and such.

It's still very annoying and hard to kill them.

TIP: Do not go towards the center of the galaxy until you probably have everything unlocked. Go at a steady slow pace.
