I When I was leaving the vault, I was using the 10mm pistol, and a gueard came at me with a baton. I used VATS and fired 3 shots at the head, each one hitting, and on the final one the gaurds baton flew out of his hand, and his body did a backflip.

So does that mean you are a good guy? That's the lawbringer perk right? My best character is a good guy and specializes in Small Weapons and Lock Picking. I already killed all the bad guys, so I don't think I will get that perk.

Japan and China are crazy about censorship and how much time they spend on the internet.


I'm not sure if it's China or Japan but one of them can only be on the internet for 3-4 hours a day.

I can assure you it's not Japan, and in China MMOs are limited to 3 hours. Although it's odd when Japan bans something, considering all the weird stuff that flies over there.

All that is moot though as I believe this was a choice by Bethesda.

Yeah, when we were over on a stopover in Japan on holidays, you could buy beer in vending machines. There is heaps of vending machines all over the place, the drinks are cold and cheap.

Yup! Oh hell, me too! :D

I like Fallout's version of lock-picking much more than Oblivion's style. It's more realistic.

Also, I've almost maxed out on speech and small weapons.
