Author Topic: SPORE Memory Error  (Read 5277 times)

When I start SPORE, there is a black screen, then, I get a memory error, I'm not able to actually play the game, or see any GUI's, and my task bar is the size for a 800x600 monitor, until I unlock it, and re-lock it.  I need help.

Ok, I was hoping someone could at least answer, so I got what I wanted.

You don't have adequate memory.

maybe one of your sticks are shot :(

Well, time to have fun buying RAM.

I'd say bad RAM. Happened to me too, but it also turned up to be my graphics card too.

Yes, your Memory is forgeted. Get a new RAM stick.

YAY my computer is barely able to play it on low detail and sound effects :cookieMonster:

but i feel kinda bad for youalthough i found that game to be a major disappointment

I know it isn't my graphics card, it's a brand new one, I believe the RAM junk, my RAM is 4 years old.

my bad ram didn't have any effect till i installed a new video card. then it was acting up.
i don't really understand why, but it just comes up when it could have been broken for a long time

Let me tell you this, it's better to not play spore than playing it on a -200MB RAM Computer.

lmao

To achieve that you would have to remove all ram AND part of the motherboard :cookieMonster:

So, basically, I'd just use my old computer?  :cookieMonster:
