Well not alot of people can now. Few people have old v8 add ons. The v8 section was deleted so we can't get old files.

Before space comes in saying "No, RPG" Menen means Role Playing Server. An RPG is a Role Playing Game (Or in Military, Rocket Propelled Grenade) and usually refers to the whole game, not just a server.
