Where am i and where is the town i know about from the american version?

the starting area was right by that boat thingy on the left, Which i tried to use and it shouted at me in Chinese :(

but i did find a sheep.

There's a way to get around the IP block, I forget how, not like I ever knew how. But I hear of people getting around it.

i used hotspot shield and they stopped that from working with it :(

I would say I love to if my graphics card didn't hate the game with all its heart.
But, the game still runs, so sure, but I wont love it. D:
