OK, so somehow my brother's computer got infected with ddccYSiG.dll, anyone have information on how to delete this, I Googled the file, nothing came up, and when we try to delete it, it can't be deleted, it says it's in use.  I tried to delete it in safe mode, didn't work.  He has PC Cillin Anti-Virus, and ads for more viruses keep coming up in Internet Explorer, not allowing him to do any sort of gaming.  So, any ideas that aren't reformatting?  Please don't say my brother's an idiot, I already know that he's not.

Tried ending the process, and deleting before it reboots itself?

How do I reinstall the computer.

Put in Windows disk and have it install only My Computer again?

You should back up all of your important files first.  Don't use that Norton ghosting thing, it will kill your files.  Just burn them to a CD or put them on a flash drive and reformat if you can't get rid of the virus.

It would really help if I had a few gigs of random storage to waste.

How do I reinstall the computer.
i think on the startup you can press ctrl alt f11 or something like that.

Wow, you don't see your error there?

Here is a quick way to get rid of it. If it doesn't work, your screwed.

 1. Backup all the files you want into a .zip folder on your desktop.

2. Go to Start\all programs\accesories\system tools\system restore.

3. Restore your computer to an earlier day, in which when you did not have the virus.

4. let it restart, and viola, your computer went back in time. Lucky you though, the time will still be current.

EDIT: I got the exact same virus as you just today! I did this, and it worked.

1. System Restore.
     A. If System Restore fails, proceed to step 2.
2. Anti-Virus
     A. Reboot computer into safe mode with networking.
     B. Download and install anti-malware security trial that lets you detect and delete all types of threats. (I recommend Kaspersky, but not the latest one because its a total clusterforget.)
     C. Use trial anti-malware software.
     D. If step 2 fails, proceed to step 3.
3. Reformatting.
    A. If you don't know how to do this, you should die.
4. If all else fails, buy a new hard drive.
