SimTower, made in 90s by Maxis. Google it or something.

At first it's loving easy. Then it takes forever to get to another star up in the game.
Right now my money plummeted to $-800,000...No loving clue why, it just did.
Anyways, I'm rapidly gaining back money now.

My most recent tower is at 5 stars, I just need to get around to building up the necessary number of floors to place the chapel.

I don't play it all that much, but I left one running while I watched TV, came back 100 000 000 dollars later.

Just make long stairs. We can make an elevator but have the closing doors broken and put a sign saying "out of order".

They did make a sequel to Sim Tower it's called Yoot Tower.
