jump and sumersalt (in air) backwards, and land on your feet. I don't recomend doing this on black top.

First, don't ask how to make addon's in a idiotic way(when you do want to learn about making addons). Say this: I am new to making addons and scripting, I need to learn how to do it, will anyone be willing to help? Next, there is no "addon maker". Last, don't ask for admin on every server, and spam it if you can't be admin, you will be banned(from server)

Do's:

First, learn to port forward, if you can. Second, learn to event. Next, learn to build, I can't say that enough, and practice also. Last, join a clan.

In conclusion, you should follow these rules, and you should be fine.

Crouch down slightly while swinging arms backwards in hook shapes, extend legs and swing arms up at the same time to lift off the ground and begin spinning backward, while going upside down tuck your knees into your chest as much as you can to keep momentum going, while coming out of the flip extend legs once more, when you land crouch down once more to absorb the shock of the fall.
