So basically, GTA 4 wins because of realism? Realism is what is ruining the majority of everyone's opinion on a video game, everybody wants realism over gameplay.

You're being a biased richard. Give examples of each reason.

FYI: It doesn't use Euphoria.
Wrong,  GTA IV does use Euphoria, but I don't see what character animation physics have to do with driving physics.

That's like saying Half-Life 2 uses Havok.
It may have a base, but it's so heavily modified it's barely the original result. I suppose from a certain standpoint you're correct, as it partially uses Euphoria as a physics base, but it isn't the same thing any more.

You should pick one or take both and lock the thread.

I'm still deciding, and I'm not getting both because I am not made out of loving money, like almost everyone on these forums.

That's like saying Blockland doesn't use Torque because Badspot modified it so much.

GTAIV is is 1st place thanks to me

That was irrelevant, I'm talking about a physics engine, not a game engine. I think you misunderstood.

Half-Life runs on Source, and Source uses Havok as a base for physics. However, no one credits Havok because it has been so heavily modified that it is barely what it was.

If you want me to, I can demo both games for you on a live stream, I think.

What the forget are you guys talking about saying that I'm biased? Isn't Saints Row 2 having 6 a good thing? Learn to read, loving dipstuffs. Go to any site and get their comparison. They'll all agree with anything that gta 4 won on.

Saints row is a GTA rip off.

Get GTA, it was there first.

/thread.

Or get either because they are both fun games. You're not going to get forgeted over by getting one over the other. I just like Saint's Row 2 better.
