You wouldn't necessarily have to rely on the cheats, you could just use one that drops your warning level to 0.

(Also, just a tip for GTA: Hiding in a semi then parking it horizontally across a bridge with a full warning level = WIN! The cops won't be able to reach you and they just.. sit there... then just grenade them)

You're an Idiot. People don't play GTA to simulate anything, they play it to have fun. That means jumping from a Jet, or performing airstrikes with it.
