Flash Bomb

I would like to have a bomb that when throw/dropped, would make a flash that would blind all players near it. One time use. Would just make the screen turn white for a few seconds. I would enjoy it, shooting at my enemies as they run blindly for safety, or attempt to shoot me.

That's basically what I'm talking about. Now I know that we have the iceblast that messes up your screen for a little while, and we had the tazer that kept you from moving, but I want something that totally blinds you, and lets you shoot and move, but that won't be very good if you don't know where you're shooting now would it?

You could make a grenade, that on contact with the ground, would release DENSE white particles in a certain area. It wouldn't exactly look right, but it would be blinding..
