like policeman have to jail people. but what if there is no criminals you ask? Then criminals have too be bad and try no to get caught.(also make it so 5 hits with baton is jail. bounty hunter gotta kill criminals(without getting a bad record of cousre) shop keeper got ot sell items. and so on for other jobs. also the civilain job you don't have to do anthing but the pay gets reduced by 1 dollars evry paycheck untill 0 then you don't get anymoney for paycheck.(get a loan for job if this happens lazy bum).
