Any ways I never claimed I made the hands and if you compare them to the original you will see I changed a lot of the general painting.

actually it looks like you cut out just the hand part, put it into Microsoft photo editor, and then applied the watercolor affect with low texture (i think its low texture that gives the 'actually painted' look)
