I don't think xfire, I don't BL is even on Xfire but I could be wrong

Essentially what I mean by a steam-like overlay is that you'll have a key you can set in the Controls (probably shift + tab by default, just for easiness) that will overlay the screen with a grey transparent window, and it'll have a bunch of things like links to the mod manager, server information, and all the windows for RTB Connect (when that comes in v4)
