Wherever you installed Steam, Then go to Steamapps, then you will see a folder with your name on it, click it, and you'll see a folder called garrysmod. Click that, then you'll see more folders, click garrysmod, and there you go.

You're better off making a shortcut of the second garrysmod folder and putting it on your desktop.
