um i did a bit more work on it..Beach is done...Bakerys done a bit more..

I need some builders to help me too.

Ok i did a bit of testing with sum peoples and i only found one problem
also updated the first post.

Beach = 100%
Saving = 100%

fixed carrying more then one key card
Increased size of horse island by one and made a new bridge (see picture)

Due to a mess up, I have had to delete all the saved data

things i fixed since i last posted:

Quest 4 now works correctly
Loading no longer spams chat
Loading no longer arrests you even when you have no wanted level
Bank no longer auto arrests you
Bank now has a higher chance of opening the doors
Arena island is now open to all levels but not criminals
Bank has a higher wanted level add (from 2 to 3)
Jail save var fix
Killing somebody no longer takes away exp
