I've got a dlink router too, and I also had problems trying to port forward. Eventually it worked when I made a new rule for both TCP and UDP (Two different rules) that ran off the same port.

Also, while I am bumping it I might as well add some other problems I want to fix ( i cant fix anything for my life, i know)
My steam games take a long time to load, is there a way I can fix that? I only have 3 games so they shouldnt take that long
How do i fix diskette drive 0 failure, time and date not set(a problem where the time and date are not set -.-..... and you have to set them every time your computer turns on) yahoo answers didnt help me there even though i went through a couple pages i didnt understand it and there were several different answers and i didnt know which one was right

and also i keep getting a popup that says internet explorer must close, sorry for the inconvenience, except it doesnt do anything.it doesnt close IE, it doesnt close mozzilla, all it does is when im playing a fullscreen game, it minimizes the game, takes 1 minutes about to load the screen, i click close to get rid of it, i open the game again, and then it takes like 3 minutes for the black screen to turn into the game again.
