Why?

He can't get sued for anything as long as he creates a mature content warning.

You see those little ESRB warnings on game boxes and in-game where they say "Online content not rated by ESRB"? That means stuff that happens online is not monitored and anything can happen, and it's made in clear print. If people sue for online stuff, then they can be counter sued for ignoring the warning or just flipped off.
If it's singleplayer, then they should've paid attention to the ESRB label.

No, smoking is for people who want to die a horrible painful death involving lung cancer, rotting teeth, breathing through a hole in your neck, and talking with a robot! I say the government should ban smoking all together, but the tobacco industry is so huge and important to us, that our economy would collapse even more than it already has!

On topic: If you people want to smoke in Blockland go ahead, but I'm staying away from the bans and lawsuits.
