Unless badspot says other wise, I think it the kid himself being a handicap trying to scare people. Plus dad and other members of my family are officers of the law and they have no laws against Internet bullying (Yet). Plus the forums are optional and they cannot do anything to badspot because they agreed to join the forum knowing that people would treat them like stuff when they acted like an idiot to the forums standards.
