i just started lifting at the end of january. so far i've gained 6 pounds, im at 125 now. my goal is at least 140 or so
that's pretty good
You'll see size and strength gains quick when you first start then you'll plateau and it'll be hell
I went from 152 in August '15 to 167 by December and now I'm kinda stuck here but I haven't been trying to gain weight right now
