look, obviously blacks are discriminated against. anyone who denies that just doesn't want the weight on their conscious. that being said, violent protest will never be tolerated by anyone under any circumstances so long as there is order in the US. african americans have a serious lack of good leadership to voice their concerns legitimately and this is the result of that.
freddie gray sure was some poor innocent upstanding citizen with no criminal record
it doesn't matter one way or the other. yes, his criminal record points to him being a guy who sold weed, but no that doesn't mean that he deserved to die. he committed no crime in the specific instance, all he did was flee because he held fear of police. that isn't a crime.
or maybe black people just commit a disproportionate amount of crimes
they do but it's not because they're black, it's because they're poor and have little possibility for socioeconomic class movement.
you guys can't just deny that there's an issue because he's not providing statistics. if you live in a diverse area you can see in your daily life that black people are more likely to be targeted by police.
