A harder mattress is better for your back.

There are about 15,000 of these microscopic insects in your bed fabric right now. Probably more in your pillow. Some in your hair, some on your clothes. Creepy.Although it is nothing to worry about. Dust mites help the environment by eating dead skin and flakes of dust. They are perfectly harmless. I just overall found them cool. :D
