Author Topic: FSX Ultra High  (Read 4087 times)

Tom

I got a copy of XP for christmas, so I'm using Bootcamp on my mac. I can run FSX with all graphics settings on 'Ultra High'. It also runs really well, good FPS and doesn't take long to load. Alot better compared to the old PC I was running it on.

The pictures don't even show it very well.

The textures on these planes suck ass.

That's Ultra-High setting? I've seen better looking vehicles in RTS's.

I want to get this. Looks fun.

Antialiasing what?

If you really want good quality display, you have to do custom and turn everything up yourself.

The screenshot made it a bit blurry.
Did it somehow knock off the antialiasing and make the models look like stuff, too?

What are the specs for this game? I can't find them anywhere.

System Requirements

Microsoft® Windows® XP SP2 / Vista
PC with 1 GHz equivalent or higher processor

256 MB of system RAM for Windows XP SP2 / 512 MB Vista
14 GB available hard disk space

DVD-ROM drive

32 MB DirectX 9 compatible video card required

Sound card, speakers or headphones required for audio

Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device

56.6 Kbps or better modem for online play

The game is Flight Simulator X (or 10), not FSX.

OH god that looks terrible

Your crappy mac murdered it

Since it has whole globe in it, how good graphics you expect?
