The great FPS debate: 360 or PC?

I'd have to say PC

1. More players
2. More features
3. You don't need a capture card, all you need is something like Fraps to make movies
4. Easier to mod
5. Games like TF2, and Gmod (Source Engine games only right?) have console commands that i can mess with :3

I enjoy intense FPS games on the console, it just feels right. After playing games like Turok, perfect Dark, and 007 for most of my life, it's just something I've adapted to.

Anyone who lived to see the N64 release and plays FPS games would agree with you. Goldeneye was definently the best FPS ever. And, it was on a console.

I play on the PC, but I don't see how FPS on the consoles are worse, I can play those perfectly fine, and I still enjoy them.

My theory is, fast paced games are better on the PC, like Rakion, *shudders* Gunz, and etc.
Games where you don't need to be able to shoot out of your ass and your eye at the same time are able to be played on the 360, but then that's just your choice.

Sounds like he wanted to make people think it was safe to share their opinion, then bash down on them, but they didn't come fast enough for his taste.

i was playing cod4 on pc, and my brother was playing it on 360 right next to me.

pc users were gaining like 4 times the points, i would look over at the stuffty resolution of the 360 and see peopl dance around each other loading a second or third clip sometimes. like wtf. the joystick was not meant for a fps, thats just handicapped.

...not that the wii did any better. that wand shooter stuff was the worst shooter experience ive ever seen

PC, hands down.

But I would obviously say that, as I've been biased towards the PC all my serious gaming life.

The main plus is framerates over 40fps and higher resolutions, graphicswise.

Controlwise, pinpoint accuracy, no auto-aim (which I find ends up getting me killed as it aims for their body and not their head), you're as fast as you are, not as fast as the brown townogue sticks.
