Guys, just so you know McTwist can script pretty well...
Now, I'm going to make the very first real suggestion for this: No paychecks when a player starts. Rather then a constant paycheck being dropped off in your bank account every few minutes - give the players say, $200 when they start. Also, have jobs pay you on how well you do your job. i.e: Policeman makes 2 arrests in a day so he gets payed $50 (each arrest adds $25 to his paychecks) every tick for that day.
