Author Topic: Request: Event Projectiles suggestions  (Read 1626 times)

I'm going to make a few projectiles for the event system, fairly simple stuff, but I need ideas for extras.

I've got a few things going like a fireball and that red laser from the other thread, but if you guys have any ideas for some cool projectiles then I'd love to hear them. I'll make a pack and release it once I get a good set of them.



It is an arc of shocking electricity that would either shock a lone player/vehicle or could zap one player and if that player is in the vicinity of another player, the arc will continue until it the shock dies down or there are no more to shock.

That is extremely complex and I doubt I can do that. Thanks for the suggestion though



Something that spirals

I could remake the wavebuster projectile, or just port it and create a model for it.



A giant bullet? Could work.

Flair like a small orb of light  going up that is very bright, Has a fire emitter.

I can model, but I'd rather avoid it as I'm not very good at it. MS3D likes to trip me every chance it gets

Edit: Also the flare is a good idea, will likely work on that

K, I hardly use it. I make random doodles here and there but not much.

i am just useing the trial, but useing it a lot, i think i should buy it eventually when my 30 days run out. but i dont know if i will, mabe ill just stop modeling and start learning blender (sadly)

i would model for it, let me start right now...   giant bullet, can do.

okay, here we go, i said i would do it so here it is, it could be better, but here is a draft (possibly my only draft, thats why i'm posting the ms3d file so someone else can pick up where i left off to texture it and evreything)
