I suck at Pivot, my animations are always choppy and terrible

I can't make my animations smooth and good, also, i've seen some Pivot videos on Youtube where the stick figures had a mouth, so how do i get better and where does i get a stick figure with a mouth? D:

Mouth is all white lines

I'm good at pivot. I made an animation for the school news show once. The characters placed DMS in the middle of the screen after going through alot of trouble to do so.

He was supposed to be jumping out of the picture,but I guess it does look like that.
