The old pirates are all dead, now we are just stuck with the crappy ones with rifles and speedboats. So in the end, no one wins.
jedi win, they have swords that can cut though anything.not to mention their incredible agility and synchronization with this greater 'force', allowing them to move things with the flick of a wrist.basically they have all the good ninja qualities and more.but what do pirates have? well ill tell youcannons: jedi can dodge or even 'catch' these cannonscutlasses/parries: usually flimsy metal swords, cutlass makes the pirate lumber with the swing, whilst parries are fast but are also extremely weak. both of which, however, can be easily sliced by a jedi lightsaber.ships: slow, lumbering masses of wood and metal that are basically asking to be sent into flames by jedi lightning.and last but not least, pistols: yes thats right, old age pistols that take about 3 minutes to fire a single shot. usually incredibly innacurate, these blast from the pasts would be no problem for a jedi who can dodge an imperial blaster or anything of the relative sort.
Their guns arent laser, and cant be deflected :D
When? A real life ninja would destroy a real life pirate. You cant kill what you can't see...or hear...or find...also, like someone else said, if it takes a pirate even 30 seconds to reload the ninja would already be upon him and a ninja would destroy a pirate in close-quarters combat.
Pirates ALWAYS win.
