Why does blockland have to be downloaded? Lot's of other online games don't. Is there something that makes it so it has to be downloaded?

Because it's not available on a disk, it's not a flash game, and you have to pay for it.

In order to play any game on your computer, the information for it must be downloaded even if it isn't saved to your hard drive. Would you rather download and save the 190 MB or so of information once or every single time you run the game off the Internet?

You wouldn't be able to save Add-Ons or make anything for the game, either, as it'd all be erased when you end the browser and turn off your computer.

For a second, when I saw his avatar and didn't read the post yet, I thought he was going to flame us for having to DL blockland and say that Roblox was better. I guess that is just a stereotype then.

Wait. What is it that you are saying is supposed to mean? Why do you need to Download Blockland to play it? Why do you need to download add-ons that you don't have when you are join a server? Please explain more.

An avatar is part of the person who wears it and has all rights to use it as such, unless it is stolen from someone else (In this case, it isn't.)

Therefore, you can leave your avatar as the ROBLOX character.

BTW, i used to play roblox,and FYI! YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ROBLOX TOO!
SO why are you complaining if it was almost the exact same for roblox?
