I have typed sv_cheats 1 and impulse 101 in the console in both Gmod and HL2, no flame thrower :o

I want the Cremator in Half Life 2, he looks so awesome, he could've been in the level with the zombies or the Citadel D:

I don't think he would be useful other than for scenery of some sort, where he is burning up dead rebels in an alley or something.
