Some of the hats, like the new Gibus, are dynamic effect props, so if you try to replace the Gibus without having the proper offset for the christmas hat, then the hat will probably be on their feet.

I'm now going to put these in a pack, unfortunately, Garry's Mod is dumb and doesn't include the other skins for some of the other hats when you look at them in the spawn menu
