When I was playing gmod with multicore rendering on, BOTH my gpus got up to 80 or 90 degrees Celsius.
I don't think that's an okay temperature.

Nope. With Crysis on maximum settings mine only gets to about 75 Celsius. What GPUs are you using?

Edit: I also get like 250 fps with multicore rendering on.

What's your case fan/airflow situation? How many intake fans do you have, is your computer in an enclosed space, and is the cable management decent?
