MLD, your lighting post made this screenshot so much better.
Just some tips, you should try to use more lamps or move the prop your using for lighting origins to a brighter area you can try to match the lighting of the surrounding area, also, maps that have a tint to the sun's lighting like some Half Life 2 maps, you should try to change the color of the lamp to match the sun/the surrounding area's lighting

Those Mario ragdolls are fun to pose

I had 5 lamps in total and that was all I was able to handle. I kept the prop in a dark place so the shadows would appear a bit better and the fact that it was spawned in an already lit area, it was hard for me to make the heavy firing his gun look a bit more yellow.

my picture looks liek shat compared to other people's. AT LEAST I USED HIGH SETTINGS. And used Super DOF to fake having Anti Aliasing..

It's funny because I'm already at maximum settings.

Alright MLD, progress shots.

First image, no lighting change.
Second image, lamps needed to be moved.
Third image, final shot.
Fourth image, white lighting instead of sun lighting.
Fifth image, moved the box, sun lighting.

The final product looks very nice

Also, if you were trying to color the Tough Guy's Torque, i have a pack of most of the TF2 items turned white so they can be colored more accurately

Actually, I have it! I appreciate the work you put into it and I always find myself using it and going to that page to get color codes.

Thanks, i got the color codes from the Team Fortress Wiki, but i figured people wouldn't have the attention span to either go there and find it or click a link that leads directly to it

was bored and decided to throw this together

he is getting his dance on
