Just put them in your add-ons folder.
Some things you download have a readme in it with installation instructions.

How do I enable them? I put all of them in, but none of them show up. Where should I look/enable?

I still think I'm doing good for my second day of playing. I have loads of trouble with two-hand weps though.

Garrycraft says to put it into the  ( C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\-Yournamehere-\garrysmod\garrysmod) but it still doesn't show up anywhere. Any ideas?

You put them in C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Username\Garrysmod\Garrysmod\Addons

Then you just launch a game and they're there. No enabling.
