To get the "block people", you need to download the Minecraft pack on garrysmod.org, if you can't figure out how to install it, i'm not helping you as it shouldn't be too hard to figure out

To make ragdolls walk around, it's complicated, but there are tutorials you can find on Youtube on how to make ragdolls walk
