also wheres his headset? the hats ugly without the headset.
...Ugly? ...Ugly? ...UGLY?! ...UUUUUGLYYYYY?!!

It's not ugly, and i removed the headset to make him look more casual, the headset to me seems more like something he'd wear outside of a battle, like he probably uses it to transmit info to his teammates

And now... for something completely different

This is why i'm not allowed to have ideas

Not until the 'Big Update'

It's still in Beta and keys for the Beta are no longer available

Dang...

So i found out that spawning the TF2 characters as dynamic props via prop_dynamic_create, you can apply their animations to them by typing ent_fire !picker setanimation stand_primary, and with the combined use of the Bone Merging tool, this happened

The eyes, face, and fingers can not be posed while the character is a dynamic prop, so...

If i try to use the NPC Scene tool to play animations on the TF2 characters, it can't find the VCD even though i'm choosing from the list, or even if i'm using the correct location with the setexpressionoverride command and the Actor Spawner doesn't work either, and it doesn't give you a setanimation thing because it's not a dynamic prop

How did he make her walk? I didn't think NPCS moved unless they were following you.

-snip-
woah
late :c

i've been doing this for a while now to practice posing by standing a ragdoll up by the model and making a pose close to the anim.

also, try doing ent_setname scout for example when you use it. a lot nicer if you want to parent stuff to it, etc.

I suck at posing.
Any tips for me?

keep trying until you get better
dats how i roll and it doesn't seem to be working

Garry most likely doesn't use custom tools like how Badspot tends to keep only the default stuff and things he's working on with his server, so i'd say he used the console to select the NPC, i think the command is npc_select while looking at an NPC then npc_go while pointing somewhere and you can type something like npc_go_dorun 0 or 1 to have them walk or run after typing npc_go

I haven't used those commands in quite a while, so i'm not sure if i'm right
