Edit:Before you tell me to turn up my graphics, I have to admit I have a weak video card.
my other comp has a better one.

can't. there's no glados head model without a core head, so i'll admit i have to do some workarounds to even get me up there.

You can't, the most you can do is type jpeg_quality 100 into the console
